Service Description
A comprehensive one-on-one session to discuss your skin goals and aesthetic concerns. During this consultation, we will review your medical history, assess your skin health, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Service may be available after your appointment depending on the day's schedule. Kindly note that this is not guaranteed. Per unit pricing of Xeomin and Botox is $10/unit. Per unit pricing of Dysport is $4/unit. Pricing is based on treatment area and is equivalent across Botox®, Xeomin®, and Dysport®. Exact unit counts vary by patient and are determined at your appointment. Xeomin® clients receive $30 off any package covering two or more areas.
Cancellation Policy
At Sleek IV & Wellness, we respect your time and appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide quality, convenient care to all clients. Appointments: Visits can be booked online, by phone, or via text. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total visit cost. You will receive a secure link to complete the intake paperwork and for your virtual consultation once your appointment is confirmed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit. No shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
