A comprehensive one-on-one session to discuss your skin goals and aesthetic concerns. During this consultation, we will review your medical history, assess your skin health, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
At Sleek IV & Wellness, we respect your time and appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide quality, convenient care to all clients. Appointments: Visits can be booked online, by phone, or via text. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total visit cost. You will receive a secure link to complete the intake paperwork and for your virtual consultation once your appointment is confirmed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their $50 deposit. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
