At Sleek IV & Wellness in Prosper, TX, we provide personalized iron infusion therapy for clients with diagnosed iron deficiency anemia, heavy menstrual cycles, pregnancy-related iron deficiency, low ferritin, or malabsorption conditions. No referral required. Each treatment plan is customized using the Ganzoni Equation to calculate your body’s iron deficit and determine the appropriate dosing schedule for optimal results. Symptoms of low iron may include fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, headaches, brain fog, hair shedding, pale skin, rapid heartbeat, restless legs, and cold hands or feet. Assessment and treatment are completed by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Labs can be reviewed or ordered if needed, and hemoglobin testing is available in clinic. Cancellation Policy
Iron Infusion Booking Policy To secure your appointment, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for all iron infusion services. If a package is required, full payment id required prior to your first appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. Because iron therapy appointments require medication preparation, clinical scheduling, and reserved treatment time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled one time without penalty. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the booking payment. • No-shows are non-refundable. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on provider availability. Iron infusion therapy is provided only after medical assessment by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Labs may be reviewed or ordered prior to treatment to determine eligibility and dosing needs. By booking, clients acknowledge that results vary by individual and that medical clearance may be required before treatment.
