Each session includes a review of your medical history, health habits, and lab results to create a plan that supports long-term vitality. With professional guidance, you’ll gain clarity on your health status and actionable steps to improve it. Cancellation Policy
At Sleek IV & Wellness, we respect your time and appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide quality, convenient care to all clients. Appointments: Visits can be booked online, by phone, or via text. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total visit cost. You will receive a secure link to complete the intake paperwork and for your virtual consultation once your appointment is confirmed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their $50 deposit. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
