Cancellation Policy
At Sleek IV & Wellness, we respect your time and appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide quality, convenient care to all clients. Appointments: Visits can be booked online, by phone, or via text. Full injection fee is required to secure your appointment online. Walk-ins are welcome - full amount is due prior to rendering service. Kindly complete the intake form prior to your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice or No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
