Our weight loss program is a self-pay service and is not covered by insurance. However, your lab work and prescribed medications may be covered depending on your individual insurance plan.

What if my medication isn’t covered by insurance?
If your prescribed medication isn’t covered—especially common with high-deductible plans—our team will review affordable alternatives. We partner with manufacturer programs that offer GLP-1 medications at discounted rates (typically $350–$500).
If cost remains a concern, we’ll also explore oral medication options for effective weight loss management.

How much does the program cost?
Our program is designed to be transparent and affordable:

Includes your personalized consultation and completion of insurance paperwork for potential medication coverage. -
Monthly Follow-Up Visits – $80 each
Ongoing support and progress tracking. -
After Six Months:
Continue with bi-monthly follow-ups and medication refills every two months. -

What’s included in the initial visit?
Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive health assessment, discussion of your weight loss goals, and development of a tailored treatment plan. We’ll also assist with any required insurance paperwork related to your medication coverage.

How are follow-up visits conducted?
All visits are conducted virtually through our secure telemedicine platform, making it convenient to access your provider from the comfort of your home.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept zelle/cashapp payments, major credit and debit cards including FSA/HSA cards. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Can I continue care after six months?
Absolutely! After the initial six-month program, you can continue care with bi-monthly follow-ups, ensuring consistent progress and medication management.
